Forces of Nature is a romantic comedy starring Ben Affleck and Sandra Bullock. They play a mismatched pair who are battling the “forces of nature” to get to their destination. Imagine the movie “Planes, Trains, and Automobiles.” This is the “automobile” section of the film, as this duo discovers a cheap car for sale but has no money.
Sarah (played by Bullock) notices a bar nearby and comes up with the idea to do a striptease for money, saying, “You go in there; you take your clothes off; you have the power. Post-feminist. It’s aggressive. You have the power and control.” Ben (played by Affleck) seems to be all for it (Sarah’s exotic dancing), saying, “It’s on your resume.”
Another shock is in store for them. They discover this is a gay bar, and the crowd wants to see Ben strip! At first he is reluctant to perform. But Sarah, with her background in exotic dancing, begins to show Ben some moves. She even uses his body as a pole, stripping off his clothes and sexually teasing the audience.
Ben quickly warms up to the situation and starts enjoying himself onstage. Sarah swiftly collects the required funds from the audience.
